Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position; minimum two (2) years experience in a position that requires technological and program systems analysis and administration; accomplished computer keyboarding skills.
