Applications for eligibility for a Legal Services Trust Fund Program IOLTA grant are available in December of each year and are due in February. Application forms may be downloaded to your computer by clicking the appropriate link listed below or a hardcopy may be requested by contacting the Legal Services Trust Fund Program.
The IOLTA grant year is July 1 through June 30, and the Equal Access Fund grant year is October 1 through September 30. A separate application is not necessary to receive Equal Access funding if a program receives an IOLTA allocation.
