A registered Foreign Legal Consultant (FLC) is an attorney or
counselor at law (or equivalent) who is licensed in another country
and has received a Certificate of Registration from the State Bar
of California as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
Once registered, the FLC is permitted to practice law in a
limited manner in California.
