Teleseminar: Winning Strategies for
Securing a TRO and/or Preliminary Injunction in IP Cases
Tuesday, October 27, 2009
12 noon . - 1 p.m.
This program offers One MCLE Credit.
Nationally recognized trial attorney, Bart Williams of Munger, Tolles & Olson,
shares his winning strategies for securing temporary restraining
orders and/or preliminary injunctions, particularly in challenging
IP cases. Mr. Williams has secured TROs and injunctions in complex
and first-impression IP cases, including most recently on behalf of
major Hollywood studios against Real Networks, the maker of a DVD
player/copier. His advice is useful for parties both seeking and
defending against motions for TROs and preliminary injunctions.
