Comparable Banks are financial institutions that volunteer to pay interest rates or dividends on IOLTAs that are comparable to or higher than those paid on similarly situated non-IOLTAs and may charge fees. The IOLTA income from interest rates paid by these banks is generally significantly lower than the IOLTA income paid by Leadership and ECR Financial Institutions.
