The State Bar of California's Committee on Mandatory Fee Arbitration invites State Bar licensed fee arbitrators in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties to attend.
This training session is offered to all prospective and current volunteers who arbitrate attorney-client fee disputes for the State Bar Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program for Monterey, Santa Cruz, and other nearby counties. This course provides the basic training required to serve as a fee arbitrator for either the State Bar or a county bar association. Attorneys and non-attorneys are encouraged to attend this valuable training session and to apply to become arbitrators for the State Bar Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program.
