A new Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct was assembled in 2017 to evaluate the California Rules of Professional Conduct. The commission considers changes in rules concerning attorneys' professional conduct.

Agendas and materials for all meetings are provided in an electronic format, which are posted at the following Board of Trustees meetings web page: http://board.calbar.ca.gov/. The agenda will be posted no later than 10 days prior to the meeting. The associated agenda materials will be posted on the page at the same time. Materials can be accessed and downloaded through links in the agenda.
