Courses offered by the State Bar:

  • Client Trust Account Protection Program: What to Know and How to Comply – This course will cover the requirements of the Client Trust Account Protection Program (CTAPP) and the amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct and is structured on the CTAPP requirements attorneys will be required to complete on an annual basis. 
    • This program qualifies for one hour of self-study, general MCLE credit. Access by logging in to My State Bar Profile, go to the State Bar E-Learning Portal section, and find "Access my e-learning site." Go to "Not Started" from the Dashboard, and you will be able to access the Client Trust Account Protection Program: What to Know and How to Comply course.
  • CTA School – 3 hours of MCLE
  • Fundamentals of Client Trust Accounting – This program qualifies for one hour of participatory, ethics MCLE credit. Access by logging in to My State Bar Profile, go to the State Bar E-Learning Portal section, and find "Access my e-learning site." Go to "Not Started" from the Dashboard, and you will be able to access the Fundamentals of Client Trust Accounting course.
