Attorneys, please help ensure that you receive important emails in a timely manner by completing the following steps:

Add the email address you want to safelist to your contact list. Next, create a custom Gmail filter: click the gear icon; select See all settings; then in the top horizontal menu, select Filters and Blocked Addresses. On the next screen, select Create a new filter.
Add the email address you’d like to safelist in the “From” field, then click Create filter.
On the next screen, select Never send it to Spam, (optional: select Always mark it as important).
To ensure emails from this address go to your primary inbox: select Categorize as and select Primary from the dropdown menu. Then click the blue button to Create filter.
Repeat these steps for each email address you want to safelist.
