Program overview

Refocus: ADHD Strategies for Success in Law (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a six-week virtual series for attorneys, law students, and State Bar applicants with ADHD or similar symptoms. The program enhances executive functioning skills essential for legal success while celebrating the strengths of neurodiverse individuals. Each weekly session offers practical strategies and tools to help participants effectively manage ADHD in a professional setting.

  • Led by Lisa Spendlove, MFT, an experienced Lawyer Assistance Program group leader and mental health professional.
  • Interactive elements will include polls and customizable worksheets.
  • Focus on practical application in legal practice.
  • Emphasis on reducing stigma, building resilience, and embracing neurodiversity.
