V. Determine the content framework for the test

Review the two-way table of areas of responsibility and legal topics as modified in the morning discussion
B.
Determine if the two-way table works as a way of incorporating areas of responsibility and legal topics and as the content framework for the bar exam
C.
Formulate recommendations about the weighting structure for the content framework
VI. Review the definitions for different item types, along with their advantages and disadvantages, with decision making planned for the December Working Group meeting
