Due to limited staffing, the Ethics Hotline is currently open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–noon PT. If you complete this Research Assistance Request Form, we request that you wait for a callback from the Ethics Hotline staff before calling the hotline.

Time-Sensitive Ethics Inquiry

If your ethics inquiry involves potential imminent physical harm or bodily injury, or you are currently before a court and a judge and require an immediate response concerning the ethics issue, you may either:

• Call the Ethics Hotline’s time-sensitive line at 415-538-2148, or
• Submit this form and select the Time-Sensitive Ethics Inquiry option below to request an immediate callback.
