The State Bar of California announced today that it has selected a new case management system that will improve its ability to effectively investigate, prosecute and adjudicate attorney misconduct. 

At its July 22 meeting the State Bar of California’s Board of Trustees will review a draft report of the Governance in the Public Interest Task Force.
