The Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP) hosts free, virtual presentations focused on wellness strategies for law students, bar applicants, and legal professionals.
The State Bar Lawyer Assistance Program, in collaboration with the D.C. Bar Lawyer Assistance Program, the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS) and the California Lawyers Association (CLA), invites legal professionals to a Spring Mindfulness Series, a free three-part program designed to enhance well-being, resilience, and focus through mindfulness-based practices.
Experts will introduce powerful tools for managing stress, improving focus, and fostering balance. Through interactive discussions and guided exercises, attendees will gain practical skills to integrate mindfulness into their daily routines, helping them navigate the demands of legal practice with greater clarity, awareness, and ease.
Only the first 1,000 attendees to log in to each live session will be able to participate in real-time. However, all registrants will receive access to video recordings and materials following each session.
Note: This program does not qualify for MCLE credit. Registering for the series will automatically register you for all three courses in the series.
Please also note that in order to register for the series, you must log in to your Zoom account.
