All New Attorney Training Program courses qualify for participatory credit.
After completing a course, will I be able to access the course, my completion certificate, and the resource materials for that course?
Yes, however, access to a course completion certificate and resource materials for a course that you have completed will be available for only 30 days from the date of completion.
Do I need to report my compliance to the State Bar once I have completed all courses of the New Attorney Training Program?
No. Your completion status will be captured and reported to the State Bar automatically and displayed on your online My State Bar Profile. However, if you are audited for compliance, you will need to provide copies of your MCLE certificates of completion as verification.

What types of courses do you offer?
We offer a variety of online courses, the majority of which qualify for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit, with a focus on required credits such as legal ethics and attorney competency. All courses are self-paced, allowing you to start, pause, and continue learning whenever it works best for you.
Are the courses mobile-friendly? Do I need any special software to take the courses?
Yes, and all courses can be accessed on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. No special software is required. All you need is a modern web browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and a stable internet connection.
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, most courses include either an MCLE certificate or a certificate of completion. You can download and print your certificate once you complete all course requirements. Certificates are only available for 30 days after you complete the course.

I forgot my login credentials. How can I reset them?
- Nonattorneys: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts.
- Attorneys: Reset your password through My State Bar Profile.
How do I find the right course?
Use the search bar or filter by subject to browse relevant courses.
How do I purchase a course?
Simply browse the course catalog, select the course you're interested in, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you complete checkout, you’ll have immediate access to the course through your account dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, payments are processed through a secure gateway, and we do not store your card details.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete.
How do I access my purchased courses?
After purchase, your courses will be available under the "Learning Page" in your account.
How long do I have access to the course after purchase? Do courses have an expiration date?
You’ll have access to the course for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please check the course details for specific expiration information.
Please note: Course completion or MCLE certificates are only available for 30 days after you complete the course.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase as long as the course has not been accessed. Refunds for courses with technical issues will be prioritized. Processing may take up to 90 days. Credit card fees are nonrefundable.
